After distillation, the gin is infused with rhubarb juice, maintaining a full-strength character at 41.6% ABV, and has earned a place in BBC Good Food’s Top 10 Rhubarb Gins.

English in origin, it appears clear with a delicate strawberry-blush hue. On the nose, it offers intense, bold aromas of grapefruit, tropical fruits, and strawberry, while the palate opens with sharp citrus notes, followed by tart rhubarb and a smooth, softly sweet strawberry finish.
